Virtual trainers are more important than ever

It’s Virtual Trainers day today where we celebrate the behind the scenes and on-camera hard work that virtual trainers bring day in and day out.

When everything is AI this and AI that, it’s important to not lose sight of the fact that there’s no substitute for humans teaching humans and that humans learn better from other humans.

We’re inviting you to join us today for a 22 minute Zoom call at 2:22pm GMT (9:22am EST) where we’ll ask the audience some open ended questions to create a manifesto of what it means to be a virtual trainer and how important it is to have a human in the loop when in comes to training.

​Some of the questions we’ll explore

• ​What do participants usually do during your sessions when you’re not asking them something?

• ​Where has AI already changed how you design or deliver training?

• ​What part of being a trainer should AI never replace?

• ​If your slides could actually listen, what would you want them to hear?

You’re welcome to participate anonymously or put your name on it.

The manifesto will be published and promoted across the training industry.

It’s just 22 minutes. All you need to be able to do is type in the chat to submit your answers.
