Hiring independent trainers vs in-house trainers

Pros and cons of on-demand training

We aimed for 10,000 impressions. We got… 9,905
Last week we emailed you about our virtual trainer-inspired Snakes & Ladders game.
Our goal was to get 10,000 impressions on the post, which we sort of achieved.

I’m not sure if it was luck or coincidence that we hit our goal almost exactly, but for our next project (Tarot cards!) we want to hit 20,000 impressions.
Stay tuned!
By the way, last week we asked you if we should turn the Snakes & Ladders game into an actual browser-based game, 63% of you said YES!
No promises, but we’ll see what we can do!
Look great on Zoom even if your webcam is a potato 🥔
Who doesn’t want to look better on video during virtual meetings or webinars without spending a small fortune on a professional studio setup?
Martin and Neil are on a mission to help you look better on camera. By combining AI analysis with time-tested methods, they’ll get every attendee in the webinar looking their best.

(Yes, even if your web cam is an actual potato).
Banish those unflattering shadows that make you look exhausted (spoiler: it's your lighting, not your sleep schedule)
Declutter backgrounds that steal attention from your brilliant ideas
Add depth to flat, boring rooms that look lifeless on camera
Master the art of framing so you're not accidentally headless or cut in half
Quick fixes that don't require expensive equipment or major renovations
Can you (right) click it?
This week we’ve been focusing on improving the usability of the presentation builder. We’ve introduced options to copy, paste, duplicate, and insert slides by right clicking on the slides panel.
If there’s anything you’d like to see added to the presentation builder, just let us know!
Give us your feedback in our community!

Benefits of writing guest articles (or being a quoted SME)
The StreamAlive website gets approximately 10,000 visitors per month who are interested in making virtual sessions more engaging
We send our articles to over 16,000 people on our newsletter (you’re reading it right now!)
We boost the articles on LinkedIn for reach
If you write a guest blog you’ll get a link to your website and LinkedIn profile
If you write a guest blog, your profile, expertise and business details are provided at the top and bottom of the article
If you provide an expert quote for our article we’ll link to your website or LinkedIn profile
What we’re looking for in the article
An authentic voice of lived experience with examples of problems and challenges you faced and how you overcame them
It should focus on educating the reader who should feel like they learned something after reading your article
Not overtly promotional for your business or services
No AI generated content, it has to be your voice and your experience. Using AI to proofread and improve your writing is fine, but not to write the article for you.
