17,000 impressions from memes on LinkedIn
We’ve been posting a lot of memes on our LinkedIn page over the last few months.
A LOT.
Unfortunately, most of the reaction has been… muted.
We’d get a few pity likes on it (mostly from Said, everyone’s favorite German).
We were thinking of retiring the meme format because if we keep posting stuff that no one engages with, it’s just sad.
But then we thought:
What if we turned these memes into a compilation and posted it on a LinkedIn group for L&D trainers?
Like this one…

So we created a compilation of what we thought were the 12 funniest memes and posted it.
We waited.
It got a few pity likes.
(Thanks, Said!)
And then, about 5 days after we posted it, it kinda went viral!
Out of nowhere, people started engaging with it:
And now, 17,000 impressions later, it’s still getting comments and reposts.
So our new marketing tactic will now be to post more trainer-inspired memes!
Upcoming changes to the StreamAlive pricing
Last week, we let you know that we’re making changes to the StreamAlive pricing.
Understandably, there was some anxiety around this, so it bears repeating:
If you are on a current paid plan, you will continue on that plan.
But what if I upgrade today?
If you upgrade to a paid plan today then you will continue on that plan.
What if I was on a paid plan and want to upgrade again?
If you upgrade today then you will be on the same pricing plan, if you upgrade after today you will need to choose one of the new pricing plans.
What are the new pricing plans?
This is how the new plans will look from tomorrow.
Free users will have 1,000 AI credits to create interactions and use within their live sessions.
Starter plans will come with 2,000 monthly AI credits, which is enough to create new AI-generated interactions each day and use the AI tools in your live presentation, such as summaries, image generation, word clouds, and Q&A curation.
Pro plans come with 6,000 monthly AI credits and are suitable for training agencies and people who do dozens of live sessions every month.
We’ve also removed the commenter caps on the Pro plan.
Again, if you are already on a paid plan, it doesn’t impact you.
