Upcoming changes to the StreamAlive pricing

What you need to know

We’re in the process of updating our pricing plans. Currently we have eight different pricing plans plus the free plan. We’re consolidating that into two paid plans plus the free plan.

What if I’m already on a paid plan?

If you’re already on one of our paid pricing plans, you’ll continue on that plan for as long as you are on that subscription.

If you decide to upgrade today then you’ll be able to continue on your plan for as long as your subscription is active.

What’s changing?

The new plans are based around consumption of AI credits (generating interactions, summarizing responses, curating Q&As, etc.). We’re removing the limits on the number of commenters in the Pro plan and the Starter plan will have a new cap of 100 commenters.

Will you still have the free plan?

Yes, the free plan remains for anyone who wants to use StreamAlive and capture responses from up to 10 commenters per session.

Why are you changing the pricing plans?

We’ve been hard at work over the last six months adding new features with more AI-infused capabilities. As our AI usage has grown our plans need to evolve to reflect that.

When will the new pricing plans be announced?

We’ll be sending an email to all users next week and the new plans will go live on July 21st.
